Refund and Returns Policy

Here at Ministry of Fudge, we are committed to providing the best customer service possible and we pride ourselves on creating real quality fudge. If you are not entirely happy with our fudge, or the service you received from ourselves, please email us with your query at We will endeavour to respond to all queries and complaints within 2 working days, resolving the issue and rebuilding your confidence with us.


If you are unhappy with your product, please return your product to us within 14 working days of purchase. If more than 14 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will only refund a sold item where we have been at fault, as per your order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of postage, and a photo of the product when in your possession.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned product is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, you may want to wait a few days and check your bank account again or contact your bank.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, our sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
